Including their Name at birth

Place they were born (city/ town and state/ province and Country

The time they were born  

 

Clients are required to send their birth information *at minimum 72 hours before* their session 

Clients must pay in full before session is confirmed 

Payments can be accepted through PayPal and email transfers

Refunds are not available, clients are able to reschedule once if needed
