Each element brings a unique energy and gift—and when in harmony, they help us live with more clarity, connection, and purpose.

Our elemental needs shift with our life experiences. Sometimes, a moment calls for more Fire to take action, more Water to heal, more Earth to rebuild, or more Air to gain perspective. This quiz helps you understand where you naturally thrive—and what energy may be most supportive for you now.
